This policy explains what information we process when you connect social accounts to Plapao Social Studio. Access is by invitation for Plapao.com 3D Printing Studio and select partners.
Data we process
- Account basics: profile ID/handle, name, avatar, and OAuth scopes granted.
- Auth tokens: stored encrypted and rotated; used only to publish and fetch data you request.
- Content: drafts, captions, media files, schedules, publish status.
- Analytics & listening: performance metrics, comments/mentions metadata, aggregated insights.
- Technical: logs, IP, device/browser info for security and troubleshooting.
Why we process it
- To schedule and publish content on your behalf.
- To provide basic analytics/social listening for research.
- To secure the service and comply with platform/legal requirements.
Sharing
We share data with platforms you connect (to publish/fetch data) and service providers acting as processors (hosting/CDN, storage, logging, email). We do not sell personal data.
Retention
- Tokens: until revoked or 90 days of inactivity.
- Drafts/media: until posted or deleted; backups up to 30 days.
- Logs: 30–90 days unless needed to investigate abuse or legal requests.
Your choices
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate; role-based access.
Google APIs (if connected)
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here.
